Tom’s was great and saved my move day after a previous location dropped the ball and caused me to loose two-hours of my movers help! Will used Tom’s in the future if I ever return to U-Haul at all.

Parking on same side of the street or ask city to put a light blinking crosswalk there as East Main Street Reynoldsburg, is a heavily used street. Dangerous to cross without a light.

Like most U-Haul locations, it is a small gravel lot. Tom was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have ever towed a vehicle behind one of their trucks and he was clean in explaining how the tow-dollie works and how to be safe on the road.
