The office environment was a disaster. Small, cramped, cluttered with non-related items everywhere. It also smelled strongly of cigarette usage. Not very customer friendly. The U-Haul person was pleasant and helpful.

Christopher CI have been renting here for 2 years.. I have rented a cargo van about 8 times. Tom is helpful friendly and efficient. I always get great service. The prices are fair and he only charges for the miles' that you use.

LARRY WThe original pickup was at mini mall storage in pataskala. I chose this location because my dad needed a place that was open so he didnt have to deal with the mobile pickup part(hes 73) . You guys switched the pickup location to Tom's place without confirming with me if that was OK. So he went to mini mall, the truck wasnt there, had to drive to Tom's place and do everything mobile which was a nightmare.
Matthew DThe U-Haul app is garbage and needs fixed. Twice I have rented a U-Haul truck through the U-Haul app using the mobile app check-in but when I attempt to log into the app, it gives me an error over and over and over. I clear the cache on the browser and it makes no difference. So each time that I picked up a U-Haul truck in the past three weeks I had to call somebody to help me get the vehicle keys. So frustrating and waste of time.

Jean fThe truck was not in good condition. One of the mirrors was broken and they were rusty and hard to adjust. The Engine light was on the whole time. The office was efficient and ran well, however, it could use a good cleaning. The shocks on the truck seem to be gone. I think it needed some maintenance as the engine light was on.

Samuel WNice and easy rental. Small issue with using the online app but it was fine. I would have given this rental experience a 5 star if not for the location. It is not your typical Uhaul facility. It shares a building with a car repair shop and was a little confusing on where to go. At the time there were a lot of derelict vehicles in the small front parking lot. The actual rental trucks are in the rear. Tom was friendly and easy going. Just bring it back like you found it and able to rent to the next person on return.
