the last minute change in truck pick-up caused major negative ripple effects ! I don't have a car right now, the first place TOLD ME they rent one way and is why I picked them ! and any alternatives should cost ME LESS ! I'm the FREAKING CUSTOMER !!!

Charanne CBetter communication up front - pick up location was closed so I wasn't sure what to do exactly - had to make a call and then do everything online, which was smooth but I had no idea about that in advance.
Marty SPick up location changed the day before and was less convenient than originally booked. Pick up time was delayed 30 minutes right before scheduled time. Otherwise a fine experience.
