Better communication up front - pick up location was closed so I wasn't sure what to do exactly - had to make a call and then do everything online, which was smooth but I had no idea about that in advance.

Pick up location changed the day before and was less convenient than originally booked. Pick up time was delayed 30 minutes right before scheduled time. Otherwise a fine experience.
