We needed storage for much longer than originally planned and when we needed extra room that was easily found. They met all our storage needs; the units were dry and clean and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

Educate the part timers on your vehicles. How things work and where things are located on your vehicles. The young man was very nice but didn’t know how to answer our questions.

I went online and scheduled a pickup for Sunday morning at 8am. I arrived at 7:55am and tried to start the process to get my keys, but was told that the location doesn't open until 10am. After calling the 1800 number and being put on hold, then hung up on, I was told that the location did not place the keys in the lock box so I had to wait until 10am, putting me 2 hours behind. When the office opened, the young fellow would not listen to me when I told him I had an 8am pickup. He said they didn't open until 10am. I told him I realized that but i had booked 8am and the keys were supposed to be in the lockbox. He didn't care what I was saying. I am never using UHaul again.

All good, but if vehicle needs to be returned by 5 it would be nice if someone was there when you return vehicle. In the end all worked out, just wasn't sure if that was the process when dropping it off

Uhaul made it a very stressful move even after I had the truck and trailer reserved for 3 months ahead . Still day before move truck wasn't available and WE had to go by taxi 100 miles to pickup truck while preparing to move .they paid the taxi .

I required storage services on an urgent basis for 6 months as we moved my Mom into a care home...we needed time to get sorted on how to get things to certain family members out of province. The folks at Tookans were fantastic, the facility is new, clean and provides reasonable rates. Thanks Tookans!

I was booking this for my daughter and when I called ahead before booking I asked if she could use her debit card, not a problem. Come the day of the pick up they refused with out a credit card, I had to call and give them mine. Ask who I spoke with, I dont keep track of names like that.

I called this location to rent a truck, but Eric did not have one available for the time frame I needed but Eric was beyond amazing, very helpful, and very kind. After I called him approximately 10 times for help and advice, he went above and beyond to help me get a truck for the timeframe I needed. In the times we live in today, it’s hard to find true, genuine customer service, well I got that and so much more. So U-Haul, you have a gem in Eric and I’ve told all my friends and family about the service I received from Eric. So if you need help renting from U-Haul, call Eric 😊

The tank was not completely full when I picked up the vehicle, probably $5-6 under full. I returned it full and needle showed further to the right of when I picked it up. Otherwise a great experience: truck was new and worked well, the guys were friendly and helpful, and everything went to plan. Would rent again.

The equipment was clean however the truck was rough riding and hard to steer. The wheel was vibrating I found and the front end of the truck seemed to be shaking alot. The mirrors were also vibrating it was hard to look in the mirrors they were shaking that badly I found.

This i have to say is the most prompt courtesy place and helpful ever of all u haul dealers i have ever been too. I highly recommend them and for the wait on the phone in moncton area it seriously be faster to drive 45 min to amherst and deal with these guys right away. Hats off to new Amherst location......

Beautiful and very clean building, nick was very helpful and made the process quick and painless. 100% recommend and way better than any other uhaul experience that I’ve had. Made to feel comfortable before hand and nick made sure I understood all the details in the contract. Last minute truck rental I thought it would be a pain, it wasn’t. Way better than the other location in Amherst (not to mention a lot more friendly, clean, could get a coffee while waiting, more knowledgeable, willing to help and less sketchy). Thank you nick & uhaul.
