How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy advice would be to provide information or assistance in taking and downloading pictures of the trailer at the start of the rental. It threw me off a bit as I wasn’t expecting it. But when I dropped it off I was ok. And in future would know what to expect. Also there was a bit of confusion on drop off location. The 1 originally given to me was not very close to my home. However I was able to change it after a couple of phone calls. Overall I thought the experience was a good one and I would definitely recommend it to others and be go to for me.
david dPick up and drop off went great. Easy peasy.
