Actually do a proper check out and ensure blankets are in the unit. (Check engine light was on, and my blankets weren't in it). Arranged for mobile pickup, but couldn't do it and had to wait until 8am when employee showed up and gave me keys as there was no "box" for key pickup.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was late because the previous person kept it an extra 3 days. The truck was not swept out. It had no fuel I it, so I had to take it get fuel first.
Fred gThere were chips and dirt on the floor in the cab. I cleaned them upon return but I was concerned there would be a problem with my return if they were still there. I believe the pictures took care of that issue but I did not know if they would be reviewed. Other wise a great experience in an older vehicle that performed well. And my rental was a last minute affair so I was pleased it was completed quickly and I could get going fast. Chris
