Premièrement ....sondage en anglais seulement... Deuxièmement...j'ai réservé un camion via votre site internet pour Farnham, ma ville . Lorsque j'ai reçu ma confirmation, j'ai vu que la ville était saint Alphonse de granby QUI NETAIT PAS DU TU MA VILLE QUE JAI.LOUÉ LE CAMION. J'ai donc appelé le commerçant de Farnham, et il n'a confirmé que mon camion est bien réservé à Farnham. Le matin de mon déménagement LE CAMION ETAIT À SAINT ALPHONE DE GRANBY ET NON À FARNHAM.....à cause de cela j'ai du payer des frais de km. Je ne pouvais pas canceller, tout était planifier avec mes amis . C'est la dernière fois avec uhaul et je vais en parler avec mon entourage.

J'ai loué un diable pour électroménager mais arrivé labast ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'en ont jamais eu j'ai du en loue un dans un établissement de location en plus que mon camion n'était plus a st Hubert mais à st Alphonse de Granby beaucoup de dépenses non prevu

Les gens refusaient de reprendre la remorque alors qu'un message texte ainsi qu'un appel téléphonique de u-haul nous demandait de rapporter la remorque à cette adresse. Finalement ils ont accepté car on refusait de faire 20 km de plus pour un autre endroit.

J'ai dû aller chercher le camion en bas de la cote moi-même, placer le matériel dans le camion et aller chercher l'employé pour des explications.

no winter tires, just to get out of the location, it took 10 minutes of spinning on the snow with very used tires. I was not confident in using the truck with these tires. other than that, the truck was clean, had a good heating system and was running well.

j'avais réservé le camion 26 pied a Laprairie et j'ai du aller le chercher a St-Alphonse- de- GRANBY ce qui est un peu loin mais en contre-partie ont ne m'a pas chargé pour le kilometrage et pour la journée même et tout a bien été.Merci

Im 63 years old and i remember when i was younger U- Hall truck for rent was not very safe problem with brakes or engin so at the time it was not very recommadable but thing as change the truck that i rent a 10 feets was A1 I didn't go far with it next time i will rent the same one but i will go to montreal im from granby qc so than i will know better
