This was a drop box location, no personnel on site. When another invoice came, it had a $20 late fee. I dropped the truck off the same day, filled up with gas and a time stamp from the station at 17.09 pm I called the location Top Lock and he said he was just a drop off location. and to contact you for a refund. other than that it was perfect. GARRY ONot just this location but you did not have the correct truck on hand and gave me a smaller one, making the move more difficult and gave very little notice. Nothing that was request to help with the moved was in the truck, no blankets or hand cart.
