I called and spoke to the gentleman who handles these U-Hauls and he was very professional. On return I was able to complete all the steps necessary and provide the keys into the Dropbox for a seamless drop off. Although I didn't interact with him in person it was definitely more seamless than picking the U-Haul up from a place that I had to get it from.

Im not happy with uhaul in general. I would like someone to contact me.
Jonathan KCell reception was weak which made it difficult to upload the pictures and information. Also received the wrong code for the key box. Took over half an hour to pick up vehicle. Very frustrating. Called the U-Haul helpline, Trey was incredibly helpful and friendly.
