It was clean, not inviting. No personnel on site. Self check-in a hassle and in the end I didn't get it to work.

There was no one on site. Easy drop off with mobile return
Ricky VYou moved my reservation to this local at the last minute. I had ordered and paid for moving blankets and they were not provided. This location was unmanned so there was no one to ask. I put it in the chat when picking up the truck and no one form support responded.
Brian OCan was filled with potato chips all on the passenger seat, the key was jammed in the lock box and had to be forced open to even get it the key, caused an entire hour and half delay to the day, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone
LOGAN RIt would be nice if the trucks can be inspected in the cargo area before leaving with the rental during the winter or even when the ground is wet/muddy. Where the trucks are parked it is difficult in snow to get to the back of the truck and take a photo due to the slope of the yard where the truck backs the apartment building next door to the location. It’s not the safest place in case of a fall to get behind it and for shorter people they can’t get to the cargo area to lift the door open to get the photo required. Overall, it was a great experience!
