I was changed to this location which was farther away and changed to do mobile app which didn’t work well at all. Photos would not load, tried multiple phones and none would work at pick up.

It was clean, not inviting. No personnel on site. Self check-in a hassle and in the end I didn't get it to work.

Ricky VYou moved my reservation to this local at the last minute. I had ordered and paid for moving blankets and they were not provided. This location was unmanned so there was no one to ask. I put it in the chat when picking up the truck and no one form support responded.
Brian OCan was filled with potato chips all on the passenger seat, the key was jammed in the lock box and had to be forced open to even get it the key, caused an entire hour and half delay to the day, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone
