No dolly or furniture mats, but I got charged regardless. Not happy being out that money. Got a text from u haul saying they'd be calling me, no call from them. The store itself was very friendly, but it's on u haul's end that stupid the ball

I was not told that when I rescheduled a new pick up location, I was sending my grandparents to a smoke shop. The employee used foul language while speaking with other uhaul rep on the phone and the whole reservation thing was unclear in their end. Uhaul needs to better prepare their customers.
