The location was terrible because there’s no parking. Staff was unprofessional and did not know what they were doing. They made me delay my moving an hour. I got over charged for the rental . Communication was overall poor. I never got the doley I got charged for . Customer service was useless and rude . I’m still waiting to get reimbursed for the other charging that was done .
