No need to improve. This is my go to for rentals. It has excellent service.

The yard is pretty cramped. There should be more parking space for customers.

ANDRE PThe trailer that I rented recently had a tire change done on one side due to tire wear. The tire on the other side should have been changed at the same time but was not. As a result, during the time that I was renting we experienced a tire blow out. Luckily the worn tire that had been replaced was still in the trailer. This allowed me to change it at the side of a busy highway. I believe that this could have been avoided if the location had have replaced both sides instead of just one. After returning the trailer to this location I called to inform them of what happened. Their response was, "I was lucky that they left the old tire in the trailer so that I had it as a spare". I do a considerable amount of business with this location and I was truly disappointed with their response.

MICHEL Blove using UHaul - I have been using UHaul for over 20 years, everything from moving in cities to cross countries, garbage runs, buy building supplies etc, never had a problem with the vehicles or the staff and location.

ALAIN DYour app has issues with Android software. If the staff at the location had not been present to check me in after hours, the app would have failed to know my location or allowed me to take a picture of the location barcode, even though my phone settings had given permission.

Make it a good and obvious notice for people ,it will save U-haul employees a lot of hassle changing Gn around trucks for people who get screwed over by Ontarios lack of notifying its residents of drivers license expiry.
Glen SBe accurate with pricing. My online booking said 56$ and when i physically went to go get the truck ended up paying 103$ plus an additional amount for fuel which they claimed I would be reimbursed for, I even had my receipt and they said I returned it with less fuel so I wasn’t getting any money back. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Nicholas PThis was our 3rd destination pickup. Not impressed at all. Had to bus to one location only to have to then get an Uber to get to new location. Truck was dirty. Had to go find broom and bucket to clean out the back. The passenger side had garbage all over and dried on mud on floor mats which we had to clean also. Tried to call this location numerous times and always left on hold for long periods of time with no one answering. Why do we have to clean out a truck we rented??

kevin mVehicle ran fine, but while topping up washer fluid it was apparent the engine coolant was low. Two observations here - first, the washer fluid should habe been full, and second the coolant should have been between min and max. I have photos of it below minimum after a 300km stretch of driving - coolant expands when hot, so low is bad. Office at location could be a bit better organized. As for reservation sysyem: absolute shit. Wanted to rent a trailer to use my truck to pull. Trailers were not guaranteed so I considered a van. When we checked for my original trailer reservation they said none was present under my name and number. So I assumed someone cancelled it, but to my surprise half way imto my trip I get a call that my trailer is available! Seriously WTF? The trailer was what I needed, the van was barely adequate. Frustrating - extra money, less functional, very annoying.
Loren PRussell location is good. Booking process online that bumped me to another location without warning…horrible (especially since I booked it for one hour, to pick up something in Russell, and the system bumped me to a location half an hour away). But the people in Russell helped me sort it out and get what I needed!
