The truck they gave me was dirty and pieces of junk the truck shakes when you drive is and the staff is very disrespectful and rude very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place
LENTAYSHA TI appreciate the return process where the agent completes this - minimizes competing for agent time with other customers. I would appreciate the UHaul on line reservation also collect the pictures of driver license and other items asked by the agent at vehicle pickup. The result is to walk in to pick up keys and walk in to drop off keys.
JOHN SMy mobile pick up was not ready when I got there. I had to go talk to the gas station attendant which delayed my several minutes from my errands. I wasn’t about that.

RAMESH VI was able to check-in on their app for my appointment which made things much more efficient, as when I got to the location to pick up the rental truck, there were two people ahead of me in line. So when it was my turn, I was able to confirm the appointment and payment info, got my keys and was on my way. Friendly staff and convenient location right in Town Center.

Natasha VI was rented a truck that had a headlight out, excess play in the steering system, lagged when accelerating, & which had a faulty fuel gauge. After filling the tank $30+ above where it was when I started & returning it clean with furniture pads folded, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. This location has limited hours, it’s a hike from the business to where the trucks are if you’re renting equipment/furniture pads, and they nickel and dime you after getting over on you for free fuel thanks to a severely delayed fuel gauge. 0/10

Emily PThe storekeeper swore at me. I never swore at her at any point. Her Indian accent was extremely thick, and I couldn't understand the things she was saying, so I would repeat what I thought I heard her say, so she could correct me. She finally got tired of me trying to understand and decipher what she was saying, and said, "I'm tired of your bullshit! We're done. Good-bye!" And she walked to another area of the store. Both my husband and I were stunned. We attempted to calm her down while she continued with her temper tantrum, explaining to her that I was trying very hard to understand her because her accent is so thick. At that point, I took out my phone to start recording our interaction. She plainly saw what I was doing and immediately changed her demeanor, speaking very politely from that point on.
Nancy ACommunication between your service center and the location I picked up my rental from has to be better. I returned my rental on time and prior to the time it was due, and was informed they could not find my reservation in the system, and that I would continue to be charged, although I returned my rental. Thankfully I was able to produce my receipt with the reservation number.

STEPHANIE JThe counter person at the gas station affiliate was helpful and processed my reservation without difficulty. The only thing i’d say they could improve upon is that the snow wasnt cleaned from the any of the vans yet- which we had to do ourselves- with gas station squeegies.

SAMIULLAH KThere was a problem with the ramp with the truck i rented. I was unable to extract the ramp to bring up heavy items as I had planned. We were planning to move 2 refrigerators and a washer/dryer. I was only able to load simple boxes instead. Unfortunately, because the help I had hired was only available during the late evening into the early morning hours, I could not exchange the truck for replacement. The Exxon employee(Si) who helped me with the lease was shown this issue at the office. He understood my frustration and encouraged me to explain this to U-haul for a possible credit towards my next rental.
