How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person helping me was on the phone conducting personal business while helping me. I used the app to make the transaction expedient before my arrival which had taken just as long. It took thirty minutes to complete the process and I was the only one there for a truck rental. I will not be returning to that location to rent again. First impressions means a lot and this is the closest location to my residents.
Christopher LI was not able to get my receipt upon drop off because the manager did not have access to her iPad so I left in good faith to get my receipt later in the day via email and then I was charged a $25 cleaning fee which I would’ve never accepted if I was there. The van was totally clean when I dropped it off.
