Hello. When I rented the U-Haul truck, it only had a quarter of a tank of gas, but I filled it up almost completely. When I returned the truck, I had only used a quarter of a tank, so it was left with well over half a tank—amounting to $80 worth of fuel. I asked the lady who assisted me if I would be reimbursed for the extra amount I paid, but she told me to speak with U-Haul directly; that is the reason for my message.
