How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck could have been cleaner, the engine was extremely loud and it needs an alignment.
Donna WI was given a u-haul with multiple dash lights on for abs and traction control issues. Got caught in a downpour and just had to hope I wasn’t going to hydroplane into a tree. Extremely shaky wheel anywhere from 20-50 mph and made horrible noises. The attendant KNEW which truck I was given and I called to see if it was going to be okay to drive when i was on the road and she was ready to give a different one. Against my better judgement I went ahead and kept it but wish I would have demanded a better vehicle. It had almost 95k miles and CLEARLY needed maintenance. Absolutely unacceptable and will never use this location again.
