The pick up location was great, and picking up the vehicle was quick and flawless. The one comment I would make is that I wish the attendants would make time to take a look at the rentals before the appointment in case the windshield needs wiping down or the wipers need to have any debris (like fallen branches or flower petals) cleared off, or at the very least, have a look inside of the cabin area for any trash left by the previous renter. Other than that, no complaints.

ROBERTO MThe lot is crowded, which they can’t do anything about - but the service was great!! I particularly like the online portions of the check-in and check-out process. The staff are great - very helpful, and they quickly resolved the problem with the first truck I was assigned by giving me another one - and the switch took less than 5 minutes.
