Always good service, always clean environment, never a problem. I did request a later payment date to ensure that Town Center Storage is paid; I don't want NSF on my account. It's still pending apparently. Other than that, it's a good place to store my items.

I used this storage facility for almost a year. It is well maintained and has reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and the hours are convenient. A courtesy box truck is available to use for move in although it is really high and no ramp. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had great hopes for this location when we contracted with them in 2023. Our unit was burglarized in 2024. When we contacted the staff on duty, he did not act surprised at all. He cut off the burglar's lock and said that the camera system would be of no use. When JSO conducted their investigation, the staff refused to help the investigation. They refused to provide employee names to the detective and were super unhelpful with reviewing the camera footage. BTW, camera footage records over itself every week. JSO detective opinion is that "the staff was in on the burglary." When we asked to borrow the free rental truck as a condolence for our troubles, the staff refused. Good news is, the insurance that they sell there covered more than I expected, but not our full loss. Fast forward to Feb 2025. The building doors open without typing in your code. You can access any floor of the building with ease. The elevator is super disgusting and smells of urine. Restrooms require a key from the front desk. after hours; just pee in the elevator like everyone else. Often vehicles are parked overnight with people inside.

Everyone at the front desk was fabulous and knowledgeable and helpful. Can't say enough nice words. They made my challenging experience of moving very helpful and seamless. I had recommended my niece there in the beginning because of a promotion card I had gotten. Never knew I was going to need it also. It was a fabulous experience. She is still there and very happy with the services. Happy holidays to you all.

Very good service, facility is very clean, the best part that we were able to get moving truck and didnt have to rent out an additional moving truck. Representative is very professional and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work!

This facility is fantastic and so easy to get your items from your vehicle to your unit. I've had 4 units here, currently still have 1. The provided carts glide like new skates on ice, and the staff is amazing and helpful.

The only complaint i have is that the restroom doors were always locked. During the time i rented appx 16 months, i was not able to access the bathrooms at all. The office hours were 9 to 6 and i was unable to come during those hours. This is a locked facility and someone paying you close to $500 per month should have access. I was also not in The main building so it was closer to go to the conc Venince storare. It seems as if it was more lazyness in cleani g them than anything. P ut a lock mechanism on the door to monitor (similar to the door opener)of you are worried about that. Other than that the facility is great

I wish I wasn't moving and could keep my unit. This facility honestly is the nicest storage center I've ever seen. The staff also were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me get started. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a storage facility

I originally was thinking of using a smaller size storage unit but I upgraded with excellent advice from the nice staff. Very kind and very helpful insight to how much storage space I needed. Easy access and very clean and very affordable price. Thank you 🙏

I understand that these facilities have difficult people to deal with. Moving out I broke some dishes and there were no garbage cans available. I thought the staff while friendly during the move in had a harsher tone in the way out. I have mixed feelings about using this facility. I have never used one before and do not know if they are better or worse
