U-haul needs to improve its on-line communication and communication in general. 1. 20-footer trucks need to be available at Town Line Auto 2. I reserved (12) moving blankets at Town Line Auto and was told that U-Haul took them away. I had no notice! I had to move beautiful furniture with my own bed quilts and Army blankets -- UNACCEPTABLE! 3. In general, the attitude and vibe U-Haul has is that I work for the company! I am the customer! I PAY U-Haul! U-Haul works for me! 4. U-Haul dictated to me via text message where a 20-footer truck was available and instructed me to go elsewhere instead of Townline Auto. I declined this text TWICE because the location of the 20-footer was 12 miles out of my way which would have proved to be a logistical problem for me and my help. When I went to Town Line Auto to pick up the 20-footer on moving day, Justin and I talked to U-Haul personnel, we were told with NO notice that no 20-footer was available. I had to rent a 10-footer WITH NO RAMP which turned a one-trip move of medium difficulty into a difficult move with two trips!!! This move took at least twice as long as a result!!! 5. I closing, U-Haul needs to get its $&@ together and remember that the customer PAYS IT, not the other way around! U-Haul use to be much better years ago. Something very wrong has occurred since the last time I used this company. Needless to say, I won't be using U-Haul EVER AGAIN! Thank you

Truck bed was full of dirt and dust. The interior of the cab was also pretty dirty. Service otherwise was awesome and truck worked well.
