I never had an experience with this location because the U-Haul broke down and was unable to be returned. However, I know that they left the U-Haul at my storage unit where it broke down for MONTHS after they were supposed to pick it up.

DAVID EThe owner Jen was a great resource and incredibly friendly! My only feedback would be to change the pick up times listed because the earliest pickup time available was for 8-9 am but to actually get keys you had to to go to a drive through that didn’t open until 10 am. Luckily my time was set for 10 am pickup so I didn’t have any issues but I’d be concerned for anyone that chooses an earlier time not realizing they can’t actually get keys until 10 am
Racheal HI had to drive 20 miles to another town to Delphos Ohio pick up the truck I had reserved 3-4 weeks in advance for pick up in Van Wert Ohio and no one contacted me ahead of time, fortunately I called to confirm. The local pick up location was supposed to be Van Wert Ohio and they were no help and had a "I don't care" attitude. The 1-800 Uhaul number was also not helpful and said I would be reimbursed for the extra miles which did not happen in fact I was charged "extra miles". On top of that the lady at the Delphos location was supposed to meet me at 9:00 am and finally showed up at 9:30am, I have used Uhaul many times and this by far was my worst experience.

Dalton SI didn't see any personnel, I want to choose NA but you won't let me. I guess what I don't understand is that I left the truck gas gauge where it was when I received it, and I'm being charged as if it wasn't. I also don't understand how I went over my miles, I took no extra trips, went directly from one house to the other, do you not consider that I have to get the truck from the rental location to where it is being loaded, I can't load it until I get there. There is something wrong here.

Edwin Rfor my U-Haul truck reservation. I was only given enough miles to travel from the U-Haul truck pickup location to the U-Haul drop off location. My destination was further than the drop off location so then i had to pay the extra miles. I feel that the miles from the U-Haul pickup location to the house where we load the truck and also the miles from the drop off location to where we unload the truck should be included in the reservation.
Jan-kees FVery disappointing when I picked the trailer up. Tried finding someone and no one was around or even answered their text ( as the sign said to do ). Even after returning it, still no acknowledgment. I will rent from UhAUL again as my experiences have always been excellent but I will avoid this location if all possible

James SThis place is nothing more than a small dirt lot in the middle of nowhere with abandoned cars and a few U-Haul units. I didn’t feel safe unhitching and doing self check-in there in near dark conditions. My wife is dropping her trailer in the morning and no way is she going there. I was further disappointed when I tried to secure another drop off location but was told customer service can’t make that change and I have to call the scheduler in the morning. If I can make ALL the arrangements through the app and conduct self check-in, then I should be able to change the drop off location online as well.
WILL LThe address is Delphos but the location is in Ft Jennings. There is no gas Station to fill tank. Had to drive to another town to get gas.
ALLEN WI was not given a dolly and furniture pads like I ordered. Jennica was very unprofessional. She gave me a truck with a check engine light on to drive for two hours. Said it would be fine. Terrible experience

Eric TContract was stated to return to Town and Country Repair LLP 19435 State Rte 190 Delphos, OH 45833 Upon arrival, there was a sign stating to stop truck at a different location by the name of Jennings Depot. After arriving at the second location, there was no drop box for key to be left. I left the truck and contacted customer service to advise of the situation and that I still had the key. Customer service advised to return the key the following day. The next morning I contacted the drop off location to explain the confusion and stated that the key would be returned in the early afternoon as I had another appointment. Between 1205pm and 1218pm I received 8 phone calls (which I did not answer as I was in the middle of my other engagement)! 8 phone calls in under 20 minutes! Along with two text messages. When I had a moment to return the calls, the man was very rude and condescending. I explained that I had spoken to someone else earlier in the morning as well as what happened the night before. After being reprimanded by him because the truck was “in the way” (there were no signs as to where to park the truck at the Jennings Depot), I told him I would have the key there within the hour. While en route to drop off the key I received yet another phone call from the rude man whose greeting to me was “where is the key?” I dropped the key off at a the depot. I will NEVER deal with those people again! I have not had to deal with anyone like that with uhaul before, but has left me wondering if I want to deal with them again. I am very disappointed that I spent such an amount of money to be treated so poorly.
Brent GShow up when you say you'll be there instead of 30 minutes late. Know what equipment I have reserved. Don't try and make me take something smaller.
JORDAN KThe app refused to upload photos of odometer. Fortunately, there was an employee there to manually check in the rental! This needs to be addressed!!

Adam DThe whole reason we rented this was to have a ramp. It did not have a ramp and all the pictures available online showed a ramp. Also location was hard to find and not updated.
KENNETH SWhen we got to the place of pick up which was Fort Jennings Depot we had to wait 15 to 20 mins before anyone would help us then after finally getting to speak to someone they told us our u-haul was canceled because we were not there at 1:00. Even after confirming pickup earlier lady said anytime after 1:00 we could pick it up. But due to road construction & a road accident we got to destination little late. Owners of depot said we have the truck down at our home which was Town & Country Repair. He said he would go pull it out. So we gave our information at depot & went to other place. When we got there no one was around to speak to on what to do there was no paperwork nothing. So I called back to depot & lady there said you'll have to call my mom. So she gave me her mom's number I called her & she said I don't have any paperwork for you since you were late & truck was canceled. I'll send it it email in a couple of hours. I never received anything from her. I had to call u-haul to find out what to do with no paperwork or information since she sent me none. I have used u-haul before but never had an experience like this.

Tyler RI showed up to the pick-up location, (Town and Country repairs), only to find NO uhaul equipment whatsoever. So I called uhaul, they patched me through to the owner, who then directed me to another business they own, the Jennings Depot. I arrive there, their employee who did the registration was very unprofessional, talking off the wall, seemed kinda spaced out. She tells me truck #soandso. That's it. I asked about the appliance dolly, so she said those are on the other end of the building. When I asked about them being wet from getting rained on last night, she assured me that they had just been brought that morning (after I had to wait for the employee to arrive and open the business). She indeed lied to me. They were soaking wet, including the strap on them, which I had to use to move antique wooden furniture. Then the employee secretly added additional insurance, which I clearly took off when reserving online. When I asked about additional charges that didn't show on my confirmation email, she again lied to me, stating that it was taxes and fees. Also, there was undocumented damages to the truck and she was unwilling to inspect it with me at first until I refused to leave until they were marked and documented. I specifically avoided the Jennings Depot because of the way they do business ( didn't return several phone calls about renting a truck) and I got stuck with them anyway. VERY dissatisfied.
Tim BI called a few days before I went to pick up the truck, was given a bigger truck than originally planned and a location farther than the first as well, so we get there and the truck had just enough gas to get to a station, then the place we picked up was at least 20 miles farther than the first pick up. I get an email saying we’re being charged more for a bigger truck (that I didn’t need) and farther than intended. I will NOT recommend U-Haul to anyone!

Jason GThey had 2 locations , I chose the Delphos Ohio location and when I got there they sent me down the road to there Fort Jennings office. Once I got there and started the paper work the said the trailer was back at the other location
Sara WThis was one of the worst place I have ever been for uhaul. At first there was no one around, then I was sent down the road to another location only to have to deal with their daughter who was unable to work the software. They ended up taking a picture of my drivers license and CREDIT CARD and sent me on my way without signing a contract. Very unusual.
Rusty IFirst, Uhaul might want to change their website so it gives you directions to this place. We went to their website and clicked "get directions" and it took us to someplace 15 miles away from here - and they expect us to pay for THEIR error. Second, Town & Country might wanna make their dropbox a little more visible. We looked around for 10 minutes before finding the dropbox in the far back corner of the property.

Anastacia BThe place I rented from did a good job. Uhaul scheduling stinks! I wasnt able to pick up the truck at the time I needed and they had me pick up the truck 45 min from my home. We were 2 hrs past our schedule and over on miles before we even started. I'm not happy at all.

LISA JCannot thing of anything this facility could do to make renting the truck any easier. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would have been nicer If I could have picked the truck up closer to Van Wert. But that is not the rental pickup locations fault. They could not have been more helpful.
William SI was not able to pick up the truck at the location that I reserved. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up this truck. When I arrived at the location no one was there to give me the truck. I had to call customer service and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. When I took the truck back to the drop off location I was told that I would not be refunded the $50 guarantee that is stated on the website. I had to wait 30 for someone at the drop off location to take the truck. I called the customer service line again to tell them of the inconvenience and poor customer service and all she could say is what do you want me to do about it. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone needing a truck.
JESSICA SCommunication between Toledo and the drop off points was not correct. The drop off point contact was not aware of the time I had coordinated with Toledo. I was not even contacted BY Toledo. I had to go online to search out my pick up location on my own even after being told I would be contacted by a rep one day from my pick up date. Doubtful I will use Uhaul in the future.
JEFF HThe office area was cluttered and dirty. Took many attempts to print out contract. The blankets I ordered were not there, I had to wait for someone to go to another location to get my blankets. Thus delaying my trip as we were worring about thunderstorms.
