Upon returning the vehicle, I was informed that I was at the wrong location. I showed the rep my email that shows that I was at the correct address. she wanted me to take it to another location that was an hour away. I told her that I had other obligations and that I returned it to the correct location and I was done. She then said that she was going to charge me a wrong location fee for returning the truck to the address that I was provided. Then today I received a fraudulent unauthorized charge from the location for $156 for "missing/damaged equipment". very dissatisfied with this locations staffJay B.

The truck rode a little rough and the brakes were very squeaky. Other than that, we had a good experience. We were a little nervous because when we pulled up, the truck wasn't parked outside since we expected to do a mobile pick up. But luckily someone came early to give us access to the truck after mentioning they've had issues with people stealing gas, etc.Rebecca D.

I was charged for Pads and a Dolly that I reserved, but the location was closed all day that day and they did not leave pads or a dolly in the truck. I let them know they weren't there but just got the final bill and they still charged. Just poor business. Overall it was the worst rental experience.Shawn C.

My husband did not listen to directions very well - stress the importance of completing the online drop off survey questions because you will need to set your location and send a picture before you drop the keys off in the box. That was our mistake, overall the experience was great.Michael C.

I understand keeping the trucks basic, but no cruise control is just unacceptable. I will be sure to inquire about that from now on, I will not drive a truck 500 miles again with no cruise control. Also, you have radios that have the little headphone jack to connect a phone, however iPhones have not had that port for 4-5 years at least. A USB port or Bluetooth would be sufficient.RANDALL G C.

The two guys were good. Robert was on time and got started by himself. The 2nd guy, True, was 1/2 late but got busy right away. Robert was friendly and personable, True was quiet an efficient. They were done in an hour and half.Thomas C.

Everything was very good. When I check in and rented my storage at Towne Storage Tasha was very courteous and knowledgeable of helping getting my storage rented to me. Then Ben got me a U-Haul rental truck ready when I needed it. So everything worked out good for me. The mgr.at the U-Haul also helped me out with giving me an extra day due to the the Holiday on Nov. 11, Veterans day when I couldn't get into the Towne Storage due to technical problems due to the coding but in the end everything worked out great.
