I have a question for the cleaning cost, because I sure the vehicle is very clean inside and out side when I return to the location. I don't know why will charge me $25.00
I was charged extra for gas even tho I returned it with more than I used. No explanation.
Uhaul called me and asked me to drop off the truck at the Boulder HWY and College location instead of the Boulder City location and then I was charged extra for doing the company a favor. Not happy about that.ðŸ¤”
I was billed for safe mover coverage that I declined not once, but twice after the employee tried to get me to accept the coverage. Otherwise a good experience. Still haven't heard back about a refund for the $14.00 fee I was charged.
It was great to drop off the truck when the office was closed for lunch... the process however was lenghty with the amount of photos needed - just wasn't prepared for it
We had our worst experience with uhaul to date. When they first gave us the truck the ignition was locked when trying to turn it on, he said it just â€œdid thatâ€ and continues to let us use it and not give us a better one. Every time we went to turn the truck on, the ignition would lock and took 5-10 minutes to figure it out each time. It was very annoying. And on top of that, when we went to fill up the gas, it didn't automatically stop the gas and the tank overflowed wasting us money. When I called the location, they seemed nonchalant and didn't try to rectify the situation. We are very irritated with the whole experience and won't be using uhaul again because of it.
Make sure that the person that you return the vehicle to is actually able to verify and document the condition upon return. I am being billed for cleaning not caused by me after he told me it would not be an issue. Even after speaking with the manager, I am still getting billed.

The staff that helped me the day of rental were pleasing, this review is intended for the employee who set my reservation a few days prior. My rental was set for 9am and when they tried to look me up in the system my information was mixed up with someone else's and they had no records of me setting up a reservation, but whoever I spoke with prior had took my basic information, phone number (which was someone else's as well) even though they sent me a text confirming my rental date, and card number (to hold the rental) seems kinda sketch right?. About 30mins AFTER my original rental time the front desk finally found my info and released the keys. I wasn't offered a refund, discount, or anything for the wait that THEY messed up on. For $20 a rental, $1 per mile you use, the coverage fee, and replacing gas, especially during this pandemic I think they should offer accommodations for their clients that experience this issue. Again the staff that helped me were wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend this location.

Next time don't inconvenience your customer by having a padlock on the vehicle. We spent an hour in your lot trying to get assistance with this. Customer service was awful and your business needs to do better. We wasted gas and time coming over there and left empty handed. I will NEVER use your location or UHaul for another rental. I will advise friends and family to steer clear. I ended is penting from Budget and did not have these problems. DO BETTER! Hurry up and send my refund!
Joe is an awesome supervisor and he has great customer service
Customer Service was lacking. We arrived early, we were told office was not yet open but they proceeded to help another customer who arrived at the location after us first. The man who did help us was not well trained and despite the fact that we had pre-registered, the process at the location was needlessly slow and complicated. The truck was fine until we got to our final destination to unload when the back roll door would not open. An hour, roadside showed up to help. There were bolts at the top of the roll door that had to be sawed off after roadside crowbarred the roll.door open. What should have taken us 1.5 hours ended up taking over 3 hours because of badly maintained equipment.
Joe was excellent in providing info, handling the request to rent the truck and made sure we had all the info we needed.
Had a easy time. No issues.
