Delay at the counter was one of the issues I had to go through. Also, a waiver to prepare and inform me about the deposit was not given beforehand.

Vehicle was unacceptably dirty throughout ...muddy footprints on the driver's side interior, rear step, and sides of the truck. Inside the truck box was dirty and covered with tree needles and bark.

This whole process was a joke. Arbitrarily changing my pickup location. Repeated requests to tow equipment on my travel. No thanks

The location for online checkout wasn’t working and I got charged for 2 hours despite returning the key in one hour. The online return should not be compulsory if we return the key as it can be glitchy.

Guy at location took my debit card payment and then put it as a cash payment on the computer witch then screwed up my return big time

Online check in would not work for us, system glitch however we called the customer service number and Tyler was extremely helpful, walked us through everything and even spoke to the vendor to ensure a smooth transaction. The return was seamless.

This retailer doesnt know how to explain why we get charged this amount that amount, what is that dist. Charge. They charged/ pre authorized my card and how come the refund was given to me cash. Is it supposed to be refunded in the same mode of payment? They should improved their customer service rapport, They should also Improved their language as we are really having trouble understanding them. Not friendly at all, this is a bad experience. Thanks

I didn’t choose this location as it’s 50km away from where I live and despite numerous attempts to contact a scheduler to change the location it was futile. I arrived at the appointed time and the agent could not find the key for the vehicle. Turns out the previous renter still had it. Another delay the found a really big splattered vehicle with a broken right mirror

Without a doubt, the best car or truck rental experience I have ever had. Website easy to negotiate, process well laid out and smooth, fast and easy to proceed through the various stages of the reservation and fulfilment, absolutely first-rate corporate follow-ups, timely as well. Had a minor notification that had to be communicated with UHaul. I was amazed at how quickly and properly the issue was resolved. Well done UHaul, and your franchisees.

The Equipment is in excellent condition. The only thing made me unhappy was I returned Van with almost same fuel level as I start to run it but there was $93.54 was charged ($30.00 for Fuel Service Fee and $63.54 for 29 Liters Fuel charge) on the 2nd day after I returned it. I took the fuel level pictures on start and the end, Showed the staff at drop off location. the staff didn't tell me there is a fuel charge happened. I will certainly add fuel into the tank if she tells me that she thinks the fuel level is lower than I start rent it. I recommend U-Haul to improve the way to measure the fuel level and make things easier to manage.

the person just verbally asked me if the truck was gassed up and clean and verbally for the mileage. There was no walk around or check. Maybe it's been a while since I rented from uhaul but I thought the return location would do a walk around.
