The instructions on the email were not accurate. We had many steps to take when we got there like uploading our drivers license to an app, yet the email said all we had to do was show our drivers licences when we got there. The Uhaul rental person wasn’t even there, so the cashier had to call him. We booked in advance, but it felt like we were inconveniencing them or that they weren’t prepared for our arrival. Only reason not 1 star is because yes, the truck was there and we eventually received the vehicle.

DOUGLAS WNot much communication from vendor as to what was happening during pickup. Also, forced to pickup a larger vehicle from this vendor. The original contract was for a pickup of a 10ft truck down the road from us. We had to travel an hour from our home to pick this vehicle up. This is more a uhaul issue than an issue with this vendor.
