Not much communication from vendor as to what was happening during pickup. Also, forced to pickup a larger vehicle from this vendor. The original contract was for a pickup of a 10ft truck down the road from us. We had to travel an hour from our home to pick this vehicle up. This is more a uhaul issue than an issue with this vendor.
MARK II requested an in person check-in, but the manager over there referred me to the app check because the truck was dirty, and he did not want to deal with the paperwork.
TAREK KThe back of the truck was filthy - had to spend time cleaning it out before I could load my stuff in. And there was a dolly left in there that I didn't order which took up space and had to be secured so it wouldn't damage my belongings.
Jennifer SHave truck and personal at the store ready for pick up time. Was 45 mins late and added stress to start the move. As well have the proper dolly available. Received and appliance dolly not a regular dolly. So dolly was completely useless to help with the move.
