james cDon’t waste my time on the phone. I don’t want your app or to go on line and set up a rental. I called to set up a reservation for your equipment with a person on the other end. Don’t get me wrong I love your service but to get to the end product of renting your equipment is troublesome and time consuming.

Martin BThis will be my last time renting from Uhaul. They charged me for gas, after I already put gas in the truck. I put 2 gallons on gas in the van and it claims they put 5 gallons. I drove the van a total of 19 miles which would make this van the most uneconomical vehicle on the earth. I’m pretty sure the Challenger space shuttle used less gas. They also charged me an after hours fee when I asked the person at the counter exactly what I needed to do when I returned it and I was told to place the key in the box. I have used Uhaul for years and have always been happy, it’s a shame how one encounter can ruin a customers whole experience.
