Person just kept staring out the window left me wondering what procedure was to return. Could not do a self return because the app kept saying something went wrong try again later. Still don't have a receipt.

LLOYD AThe trailer wasnt big enough for the f150 i was going to transport, it was an 18 hour roundtrip for nothing. No refund no customer support, couldnt drop the trailer off in whitecourt and take a dolly due to my contract, it was the worst experience ive had and i will not be using or recommending u haul to anyone
Kayle TWhen I took it back nobody called me the next day. Tell me nothing and just tried to charge my credit card without telling me the amount. Poor service
JAMES MPersons 1st check in and didn't know how to hook up the equipment so I had to do it, but I know there is learning curve to every new task.
SHAUN WRead your confirmation carefully! Don't assume the equipment will be located where you think you ordered it to be!
