When quoting or talking to customers using miles when picking up then using kilometres when dropping off. Miles vs Kilometres is confusing The excuse given to me in Regina was “well we are a USA company in Canada that’s why it was in miles when returned but was in kilometres when picking up in Swift Current. U-Haul in Canada should use nothing but kilometres, that’s what Canadians use!!!! Or better yet, not use U-Haul at all seeing as they are a US company Elbows Up!!!
