Clean the cab it smelled like someone went to the bathroom in it . Not an exaggeration. I had to buy an air freshener and drive with windows open my whole trip. Not impressed!!! Ill never recommend or rent from you again . Im also telling other people about my experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSuper friendly!
Gregory PThe windows of the van were very dirty, I had to stop and wash them with a window squeezy before I could drive it.
David CIt is basically a truck repair stop. The gas tanks are old, but work. Dale at the till was friendly but not a U-Haul employee. He wrote down the time, mileage and details, etc. for the U-Haul people that would come in tomorrow. When the keys were locked in the truck, he did phone his supervisor to see what the next steps should be. The person in the restaurant was also friendly and allowed me to use a table to get a hold of U-Haul. The store and restaurant itself are bare bones. There is a restroom.
NELDA SWhen quoting or talking to customers using miles when picking up then using kilometres when dropping off. Miles vs Kilometres is confusing The excuse given to me in Regina was “well we are a USA company in Canada that’s why it was in miles when returned but was in kilometres when picking up in Swift Current. U-Haul in Canada should use nothing but kilometres, that’s what Canadians use!!!! Or better yet, not use U-Haul at all seeing as they are a US company Elbows Up!!!
