I had a painful experience in terms of mobile pickup. 1. The app was not allowing me to proceed with pickup despite being at the correct location and it was having gps issues. 2. Had to spend a long time oncall with the support agent to manually complete the process. 3. This is the most difficult part: the code for opening the box was not working. The key was present in a different boxes. I literally had to spend like 35 mins talking over a call with various permutations of lock codes and finally it was a completely different box other than one shown on the app. I lost 45 mins of my move out time since i had reserved the service elevator of my building and had to rush a lot.
