Site needs to fix the Chuck holes at the entrance. Otherwise, staff is efficient.

Elliott CThey didn't have the dollies that I needed, and no warning that they were not available until we arrived on-site. This meant I had to scramble to borrow dollies from family, which added to the frustration of having to drive 25 minutes one way to this location, rather than the U-Haul rental location 5 minutes from the house I moved from. Apparently 5 days warning is not enough for U-Haul to get a truck to a specific (and preferred) location. The lady there was mildly friendly.

LEWIS GWe had the truck from 5:30 to 5:30. The Columbus location was open until 8:30 or 9. We were never told that Greensboro closed at 5. When we got there 25 mins before our time (5:05) we were told we are closed just check out on line — no real problem— then we have found out we’re getting charged for 2 gallons of gas—- it’s no problem — it was just night and day difference between Columbus and Greensboro— the experience with u haul was wonderful!!!!
WESLEY CI reserved a 6 x 12 trailer for Watkinsville a week before our trip. Received a call at 6pm the evening before pickup to tell me the closest trailer was in Greensboro, a one hour drive from Watkinsville. Adding two hours to our drive that day. Very inconvenient and no offer for a discount for our trouble. In addition after getting up early to accommodate the additional two hours of driving there were no bathroom facilities that I was allowed to use at the Greensboro location.
