Stanley KI reserved a truck for pickup and drop-off in Rockland, you changed the location at the last minute. The license plate wasn't the one you emailed me. We drove exactly 31 miles, was charged for 528. I'll be calling first thing tomorrow to fix this.

TODD LFriendly staff, but lots of struggles with difficult software to sign me in for a trailer and 12 blankets. This should not take 35 minutes. Personnel hooked up the trailer, then checked the turn signals. These were fine, but it turns out there were no brake lights (not checked). These worked when tested on another trailer, so the problem was with the wiring in this trailer. My wife had to drive behind me during the whole trip for safety.

When I rang the door bell some unknown female (not of the people I dealt with originally) came out and said “I’ll tell them”. I was concerned if the return was going to be documented, it did.

INGA Hyour agent was "plugged in" and took care of business plus he helped more than necessary and was beyond what I usually get from people supplying a sertvice these days... He needs to get his presence in the area more well known even though he's been doing U-HAUL for years! I know because about 20-16 I stayed in the motel next door and there were uhaul units there even then that's how I knew he might still be doing business now! No, I did not go to the yellow pages or use my cell phone! there is more than that to let people know you are there doing business!
