The owner/employee was very friendly and very helpful in getting all the paperwork in order. The trailer I rented was easy to hook up and test to endure it was safe. The employee assisted in testing the lights on the trailer to make sure they operated good. I would recomend this place to rent UHaul equipment.

The woman who checked us in was rude and hateful. I will also be disputing the $20 after hours charge with you and if necessary, with my bank. I was not told there would be any additional charges except mileage/gas... Take the money off or my bank will.

My order was messed up and though I specially asked when I made my reservation to be able to drop off in Lexington, they would not allow me to. So I had to drive from one city, to another, and back to the first city. This cost me more miles for no good reason. I was also charged additional fees I was not told about. I will go with a different company next time I move.

The air transport trailer was easy to load and haul a truck without any issues. Will definitely rent again if need and recommend if asked. Price was reasonable. All in all it got the job done.

The 24/7 service is a great opportunity but setting it up took some time. It also took us 30min to get through the approval process with extra phone calls involved to get the U-Haul key and be on our way. Once the pick up was approved, the process flowed perfectly. Checking it back in was completed within a couple minutes.

This location was dirty the parking lot is all torn up the building looks vacant. I returned the truck on sunday instead of monday and the uhaul website was not locating me I tried 20 times and several things before I called uhaul who was really no help I ended up having to leave the keys in a drop box without going through the proper channels and I didnt like doing that with me being liable

The cashier was wonderful and very kind. She answered all of my questions and led me through the price/charge difference and refund process like a pro. I'd use this Uhaul service again even if they were a bit further out than another. They were great.

I did not have interaction with this locations personnel but dropped off and put key in night box. They did seem to process in a timely fashion and the email sent confirming drop off received had accurate information so I can only assume they do a good job.

Keep the rental office supplies with sufficient packing pads. We were moving furniture and needed several pads. They only had three. They indicated the lack of pads was not their fault.

I was treated very rudely by the lady there. And treated me like it was my fault the truck was dirty. When the truck was given to is dirty by the princeton indiana store. I tried to talk to her and she hung up on me.

Truck was dirty, just worn out...reported front end shaking and Tread Pro didn't think anything about it. There were more damage stickers on outside of vehicle than the rest of the vinyl that advertised the U-haul logo. Extensive damage to upper rub rail, and no stickers anywhere. Tread Pro said they didn't have a ladder for those damages. Unit came with moving blankets and hand truck, which I said I wanted no dolly or blankets. During the rental (1-week) the retaining plastic zip tie broke off and Tread Pro charged my credit card an additional $63.00 for hand truck usage. Which I had my own Magliner Hand Truck and U-haul charged me anyway. Extra $20.00 for late drop off, after business hours...I always thought repeat business was better than relying on first time rentals...after this experience. I will not be back., and word of mouth goes along way. I'm a contractor for FDX Ground with a fleet of 8 trucks, always needing backup trucks...NOT From U-haul of Frankfort

The cab had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I hope as forced to sweep out the back of the truck because there was a leaf on the floor. I didn't appreciate this as the dolly that was strapped in had mud on the tires.

I don't know who is responsible for maintaining the uhaul fleet as they travel all over the country. The vehicle I rented yesterday had a fast leaking radiator, possibly a blown head gasket, and possibly a bent axle or bent wheel. The vehicle was almost unusable. I did not notice that the radiator was leaking all over the driveway until I had already loaded half of a load into it. We were going to make 2 haul trips. Due to the poorly maintained vehicle we did not feel safe making a second trip. Why should someone have to pay 100% for a vehicle that has been maintained 30%?

I reserved the truck more than a month before I needed it, to be picked up in Lawrenceburg, KY. I received a text a couple of days before the pickup, informing me I had to get the truck in Frankfort, KY, more than 10 miles away, meaning I had to spend extra time picking up/dropping off the truck AND pay for 20 extra miles I had not intended to drive. At a minimum, if the truck a customer reserves to be picked up in one town is not available, DO NOT charge them for the miles required to pick up the truck elsewhere.
