UHaul rented the same truck to me and another person who reportedly had a reservation since 9/2/21. This created a large disadvantage for me. I thought a reservation was something a customer could count on. I guess I was wrong!!!JAMES W.

My keys got locked in the truck and no one could help. At 10 at night I had to walk 6 miles in the dark to someone I knew in that areas house and it took 2 hours for me to get a taxi which cost $60 and now I have no way or money to get back to my car! I'll never use uhual again!!JENNIFER D.

I reserved an appliance dolly because I was moving myself. However there was NOT one available which made my move horrible. I've apparently also been charged $144 which is ridiculous for a $29 rental. Will think twice before renting uhaul again!!Kristy M.

The truck smells like rotten eggs when you depress the accelerator. Tune up time? Check the Catalytic Converter? I cannot rate the Louisville Rd location because it was closed. I reserved the truck online for the Holmes St location, arrived there and apparently my rental had been moved to the Louisville Rd location. Holmes Street location receives the Excellent rating. The gentlemen at the Holmes St location was helpful and explained the app wouldn't work at his store because the rental was at Louisville Rd. He was pleasant but did not have a truck available.He gave us directions to the Louisville RD location. I used the UHaul app online check in and would rate as low as it can go. It took me over an hour to to check in once I arrived at the correct location, the app kept hanging up, and I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting on CS. CS Rep said she was also having difficulties due to her being at a different "location". Another customer in the parking lot, just gave up and left after announcing that this was not the 1st time he had issues. I will never ever again rent from UHaul using the online services. An office will have to be open with a human performing the check in and I will have to think twice b4 renting. I have discussed this experience with friends that are recommending other "customer friendly" companies for any future rentals. I am an auditor and use computers 100% of my work day and normally only shop online. UHaul needs to enter the 21st century with their online application. I cannot not begin to imagine how a less computer savvy person muddles their this mess.Betty W.

The women was rude both times I dealt with her at this location. Very poor manners and always in a bad mood. I will not use the services at this location again! I was rushed through the checkout process was not explained the charges but ended up costing $100 which wasn't what my original price was and I've went to this place before and did not have that problem only the rudeness... I have no clue why she was like that and charged me but this location Tread Pro tires is a joke! Would never recommend.CHRISTOPHER D.

will at first we rent a truck at one place did not have one we went to pick it up. we schedule the truck day before se they did not have one. no one did not call us or nothing we was at 8 to pick the truck up. so we have to we reschedule at a other place so we did not get a truck until 9:30 PM.William H.

The lady that waited on me was very rude. She talked to me like I was stupid and she had no patience with a customer. The floor to the truck was very dirty but I took it anyway because I needed a truck. I cleaned the floor spotless when I turned it in because I was afraid she would charge me for a dirty truck. The lady at the desk was absolutely rude! She talked down to me several times, I ignored it and left. She called my phone several times while finishing up my move raising her voice at me because I was late dropping off the truck 30 min. That still is not a reason to do and behave the way she did! I have never in 48 yrs been treated like that, I will never use that place again, she does not belong in customer service.Norieka M.

The owner/employee was very friendly and very helpful in getting all the paperwork in order. The trailer I rented was easy to hook up and test to endure it was safe. The employee assisted in testing the lights on the trailer to make sure they operated good. I would recomend this place to rent UHaul equipment.Wayne H.
The woman who checked us in was rude and hateful. I will also be disputing the $20 after hours charge with you and if necessary, with my bank. I was not told there would be any additional charges except mileage/gas... Take the money off or my bank will.Randy M.

My order was messed up and though I specially asked when I made my reservation to be able to drop off in Lexington, they would not allow me to. So I had to drive from one city, to another, and back to the first city. This cost me more miles for no good reason. I was also charged additional fees I was not told about. The air transport trailer was easy to load and haul a truck without any issues. Will definitely rent again if need and recommend if asked. Price was reasonable. All in all it got the job done.WENDELL H.
The 24/7 service is a great opportunity but setting it up took some time. It also took us 30min to get through the approval process with extra phone calls involved to get the U-Haul key and be on our way. Once the pick up was approved, the process flowed perfectly. Checking it back in was completed within a couple minutes.Lisa F.

This location was dirty the parking lot is all torn up the building looks vacant. I returned the truck on sunday instead of monday and the uhaul website was not locating me I tried 20 times and several things before I called uhaul who was really no help I ended up having to leave the keys in a drop box without going through the proper channels and I didnt like doing that with me being liableRobin B.
