The tire pressure light was on when rented. Location informed and told that just needed to drive on it as it was taken care of and the light would go out after a few miles. I had to fill up the tire twice. The AC only worked intermittently. The cab smelled like smoke and the vehicle had >130,000 miles on it. I had booked the reservation with a different location that I had used previously and the reservation was changed to this location by email. Very disappointed

Called to let them know I was on the way. Went to voice mail. Left a message no one called back. Arrived and knocked on the door ,no one was at the site. Called number on the door. No one answered. Called the number on the u-haul invoice again and a man answered and said he was on site. He came from a house behind the office. Took pictures and said he would check it in and I could get a receipt. When I got the receipt it said I checked it in the next day.
