I was charged a fuel charge that I didnt think I would be charged as I filled up the truck to the same amount of fuel it had upon picking it up.
connor JCashier has no idea what she is doing. Tried to make us pay twice. I spent over 1 and half undoing the straps on the dolly because someone who rented it because tangled them up. You should send me a check for 100.00 for fixing your straps! I spent more time fixing the dolly than I did towing the car!
GENE HThis was the 3 time that I have rented from here. They were30 minutes late. Said it had a quarter tank of gas, it was on empty. The last two times they were late as well.
Myra JThey did not explain anything and could not answer questions. They waited until I left the location to send a message telling me to take pictures of the van before I left the parking lot. They are not knowledgeable and just seemed all together ignorant.

WILLIAM GMy reservation for a trailer at Campbell Lane U-haul in Bowling Green was canceled by U-Haul. This location was the only location that had the correct trailer size, not only was the rental price more, the staff didn’t assist in hooking the trailer up. In addition the electrical connection continued to blow the fuse for and had to be towed without break or turning signals on the trailer. Would not recommend or go to this location again.
