There seemed to be a lot of confusion regarding the number of days I needed it, even though I said Friday and Saturday. When I called to confirm, they told me I only asked for one day, which I did not. When my brother-in-law went to pick it up, they said I had cancelled it, which I had not. The truck was still available; however, if it had not been, I could not have made my move on time. The truck itself was well-maintained and clean, and we made sure to leave it that way for the next customer.

William TI was charged a fuel charge that I didnt think I would be charged as I filled up the truck to the same amount of fuel it had upon picking it up.
connor JCashier has no idea what she is doing. Tried to make us pay twice. I spent over 1 and half undoing the straps on the dolly because someone who rented it because tangled them up. You should send me a check for 100.00 for fixing your straps! I spent more time fixing the dolly than I did towing the car!
GENE HThis was the 3 time that I have rented from here. They were30 minutes late. Said it had a quarter tank of gas, it was on empty. The last two times they were late as well.
