I don't usually do reviews, but felt like I owed this one... Excellent customer service! I had to extend my rental 3 times & change my dropoff location due to extenuating circumstances & U-haul made it very easy & affordable for me to do so. Very grateful to everyone at U-haul for their help. I will certainly refer you to anyone I know that is moving or needs rentals of any kind.

Nothing it was amazing on pickup

William MThere seemed to be a lot of confusion regarding the number of days I needed it, even though I said Friday and Saturday. When I called to confirm, they told me I only asked for one day, which I did not. When my brother-in-law went to pick it up, they said I had cancelled it, which I had not. The truck was still available; however, if it had not been, I could not have made my move on time. The truck itself was well-maintained and clean, and we made sure to leave it that way for the next customer.
