I want to express my appreciation to "FB," the owner/operator of this location. He went out of his way to give me peace of mind when the movers I hired via the u-Hall site stopped communicating with me and I did not know if they would show. His empathy and support eased a highly stressful situation and he should be commended.

The truck said there was a problem with the air pressure gauge or something (the dash light was on the whole time for it). I didn’t receive the equipment I ordered (furniture and utility dollys). It took FOREVER to get ahold of someone to report this issue, and then get some sort of resolution, which really doesn’t help when you’re trying to move. Especially since I was then without the equipment during my move. When I returned the truck, the equipment that I didn’t receive was still on my bill. I entered the code for a certificate ($20 off) at checkout, but when they ran my card (after removing the equipment from the bill) my certificate code was not applied. You guys really need to work on your customer service.

I booked for appliance dolly online along with truck. When I went to collect it they told it's not available. I wasted couple of hours to search and find the dolly from other store.

Important note- Box trucks are not good for junk garbage and junk removal. We were turned away from 2 local waste facilities and needed to drive an extra 40 round trip miles and pay a fee to dump. None of this would have happened if we rented a pickup.

Location opened up 20 minutes late, told me they were not doing Uhaul that day and the clerk was not helpful at all. After calling the owner he told me I could wait an hour for him. He then called in the middle of my usage about the Credit card. This was a terrible experience

The process of verifying and doing things online was stressful and not always reliable. I'd recommend creating a phone application rather than using a mobile friendly website. There was also some issues with registering an account with the reservation and when I called support no one picked up.

U haul let me book a pick up time at 9:30 am and the location did not open until 10 am. the manager was not aware the U haul was booking for that day (July 4) so did not expect me and said that he almost did not open the store that day. Suggest better communication with site managers, The manager was very polite and helpful

I rented pickup from this location as it was very near to my place. I planned to drive only 35 miles one way (70 miles total) and which I did. When I dropped the truck it had 69 miles of trip. I was surprised to see charge for 89 miles on the final statement. I went back to the location to confirm the mileage. Obviously someone had driven after I dropped the truck but the owner would not agree. I ended up paying about $10 extra but learned my lesson to not rent from this location again.

Make it more clear that you’ll be charged double if you drop off to a different location. Online it says pick up and drop off is easy, drop off at any authorized uhaul dealer. I didn’t have a way to take it to the original pick up but being charged double is excessive.

The service here was great! But I had to go to this place after Qwik Pack & Ship where I met a nutcase. Qwik Pack & Ship NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Never go here, this dude is crazy! He doesnt know how things work. I chose this shitty place to return my UHAUL truck (interstate move) and this f**r when returning started nitpicking stuff so much so, I decided to drop the truck at a different place. He asked me to fold the UHAUL packing rugs! I was like WTF and he started giving me his stupid unworthy analogy.. such a retard! how to care a customer he doesnt know or doesnt need business one of the two. To me he's a MoFo! So happy that i decided to drop it at the nearest traingle uhaul drop center and no questions asked, drop the keys and next day got the receipt with zero charge (gas was where expected).. so - NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I was charged for the cleaning for alomost 28.82$ and I am not responsible for this. I got uncleaned Uhaul and I thought this is usual thing, I just rented trunk to move my Sofa and because of dirt in the trunk my Sofa got dust and caused cold to me. I will not pay this amount and if you don't refund then I will report as unauthorized charge to my credit card company. I send email regariding this to 782002_AFM@uhaul.com but i did not get any response till today.

Representative attending the customer was rude. Wasn't giving proper information or was helpful. Truck was not clean at all. Windshield was fully covered up snow. I had to clean up by myself. Truck was parked way after from location given for pick up.

the site was drop off only.. no uhaul personnel there. This was my first experience, so I was not sure what to do. I am glad I had a lock with me, since the additional equipment was my responsibility so I needed to keep it secure. I did not know that coming in. I blame my in-experience for the misunderstanding, but it was still frustrating...

Auto pick doesn’t even work when I tried. I will have to do it manually again to get truck. I came in at 4 pm to pick up. Couldn’t do anything until 5pm. I almost wasted 1 hour in cold weather, Inorder to get my rental truck. I would never do auto pickup with Uhcl. I wasted my precious time while moving stuff. Literally I got my truck at 5 when it was promised at 4. There was no signs which says UHAUL to contact. Luckily I found the guy at 5. As promised u guys didn’t keep up ur word for gurenteed reservation. Which says $50 if we don’t deliver it on time. It’s up to u now. if u can’t do anything I would contact my Cregit card people. I literally spent 1 hour when it’s snowing. It did literally waste my time energy and got sick with cold. I am doing this survey from Urgent care rt now.

The trucks were in two separate locations, one that was very obvious, and another that was incredibly well hidden. There should have been clearer directions for finding the other trucks, particularly for people doing self-checkout after 5pm

I was not supplied with the dolly I had ordered, and the truck had not been cleaned; the cargo box was dirty and there was literal trash in it. Further, the truck needed an oil change and a new muffler (it was loud enough that my father, who was rated at 85% hearing loss 30 years ago could tell it was shot while driving behind us), and the windshield washers were inoperable. The truck had clearly not been inspected to the normal U-Haul standards, which I usually have found to be exemplary in my past rentals. Unlike Penske, who once rented me a truck with no right turn circuit...

I had a little trouble finding the truck. The location of the truck number was different than described on the web site. Also, the location wasn't described in detail. Overall, a great experience.
