The good: Workers were friendly & helpful. The truck drove well. The bad: On pickup, the truck cabin smelled like cat urine and the windshield needed cleaning on the inside. Truck should have been cleaned before re-rental.
DANIEL BThe lot was very small and difficult to navigate a truck through, there was barely space for us to park. Hours are only 8am-12pm so I can't say whether the personnel were helpful or not. I'm not sure who's able to drop off a truck before 12pm when moving, but it would be nice to have someone there until the afternoon just in case there's any issues. The key drop off was easy enough though, and thankfully we had an easier time with the app when dropping off. Nothing terrible about the experience at all, I just wouldn't say it's above average. I will say however that the location was very convenient to us since it was less than 10 minutes from our new home.
ANGELICA AThe location was fine. However, the electronic / app reservation, check out, and check in process was horrible. And I felt ripped off by the final fee. But that is all at the corporate level, not the location level.
CATHERINE RI had a very good experience. The owners at this location are fantastic. My only complaint is that the U-Haul app would not upload my photos upon check out, and that was frustrating.
Kristen BI left the blankets in a pile in the truck and was charged $25 for not folding them and I turned the truck in with slightly more gas then when I received it and was charged $4.50 for fuel. Both were really irritating. The blankets were apparently in the contract but the fuel was just an unauthorized money grab.
CHARLES HDid not realize that you charge for returning a truck after hours. 24 hr. return is advertised but you are not warned that you will be charged for returning the truck..

PEDRO AWe rented a 9' van on-line and it was ready and very clean for us upon pick-up. The Clerk Cathy, was very courteous, explained everything well to us, and made sure we didn't need anything else or have any questions. The return was equally as pleasant. We highly recommend this location!
MARILYN MThis location does not provide you with paperwork that records the mileage or gas level upon renting the truck. I was stressed about moving so I did not notice this until later in the day. They operate very differently from what I have experienced at other locations. I have rented trucks 5 times in the past 4 years, and this one was lax about how they operate. They charged me for miles I did not drive, and gas was not full. I lost 40-60 dollars because I used this location instead of the U-Haul-operated location. I chose this because it was closer and that was a costly mistake. I learned my lesson. If it is not run by U-Haul, do not use it.

JUAN CAccess into the location was very tight. The app gave me the biggest problem in that it kept saying the photos had to be retaken multiple times. Each time I had to move the truck to be able to take a picture. After 30 minutes I approached the staff and when she looked it up it said that the tuck was already turned in. Even after I left the app said I still needed to turn it in.

Brian Gworst experience I've ever had, from the waiting time to be served, to the quality of service and cleanliness of the vehicle. the vehicle got wet inside and ended up permanently damaging our wooden dining table. never again
