The facility is a run down old gas station with a dirt parking lot. It was pouring the day I picked up my trailer. Had to dodge lots of mud puddles. The people were great! Made up for the subpar facility. Although the address of the facility is Chapel Hill, it is really well beyond Carrboro. There is a closer Uhaul to Chapel located in Durham.

The pickup process was flawless and the lady working there was friendly and helpful. I wish she would have told me to take a photo of the van prior to leaving (to upload to the U-haul website), because I received a text suggesting I do so. I didn't see that text until later in the day and by then I couldn't upload photos to the website anymore. I called her and she said most people forget; just take photos of the van and keep them in case they are needed.
