Very nice people. Pretty smooth transaction. The trailer that I picked up was filthy in side. I spent my first 30 minutes of the rental cleaning it out. They really should have documented the dents and rips all around the fender areas. I was just told "you're good to go." It wasn't until a couple hours later that I happened to glance at my phone and noticed that I was supposed to take the photos myself and upload them to a U-Haul site. By this time the site time window had closed. This was never mentioned. They just needed me to get hooked up and get moving because there were other people waiting.
