RICHARD BThe space for parking is very limited, and we actually had to contact support because the truck we were originally assigned was blocked in by another UhAul vehicle. The truck was almost on empty when we picked it up, and we had no ifea how much gas it would use for our move. So we put in way too much gas. I spent almost $40 and although they credited us for some of it, I didn’t feel like the amount we were credited was fair. Still, that’s my mistake and I’m glad they credited us anything at all. The uhaul was incredibly helpful moving our daughter, and we will likely use them again.
Heather RI was scammed by U haul. The agents didn’t explain things explicitly to me. I was overcharged, spent much more than I was supposed to. But it’s fine. Next time I will look for another moving company.
ONYEDIKACHI AEstablishment is right beside of residence. The lady was very nasty because I parked near her dogs. Telling me this was no trespassing. I parked right there n front of the U-Haul trying to do self service. Didn’t give me the dolly I paid for and charged me a cleaning fee when I didn’t eat inside the truck and there was no dirt inside the truck from the warehouse I picked the furniture up from. No dirt anywhere!! Just all around extremely unpleasant experience. I’ll never go there again!
