We showed up to this store to pick up our U-Haul. I talked the guy phone earlier in the day to let him know that I would be picking up early around 3:30. He told me that he would go back to the store to update that time on my U-Haul reservation. First and foremost, that was never done. We showed up to the store around 4 PM and his brother was the one that sits at this thrift store and works there all day long, he was sitting outside. The front kicked back with his headphones on and didn't even realize that there was someone standing in front of him for the first few minutes then, once I said that I was there for the U-Haul he just hand me his cell phone while it's calling someone, come to find out that someone was his brother- the one who handles the U-Haul things. Said person said that he would be at the store between five and 10 minutes, 30 minutes went by. I found an item at the consignment store that I liked so the guy who works there hand me his cell phone again to talk to once again the guy that handles this U-Haul. The guy who handles the U-Haul reservations is now giving me an updated time that he'll be back in about 15 minutes that he's down the road. We got to the store just before 4 PM and he did not arrive back at the store to start doing all of the U-Haul reservation for us until 5:15pm. After being told that he was five minutes away the first time he was actually not... told us that he already knew all of the Hills on the truck, gas, mileage and everything, etc., and not to worry about it that he would input all of that on his end. We were left with 85 miles to E and the truck did not run the greatest, it was speeding and sputtering. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this store as we had a very very very poor experience there.
