The two Equipment dollies I reserved were not available and I was not told until after I arrived. We had to find a second location and create a second order basically creating a lot of confusion for us to return the truck and then the equipment dollies. I was told to return the truck to one location and the equipment to a second location, neither of the two being the location I originally chose when I made the reservation. The local dealer is fine, but Uhaul is making things too confusing and difficult for people and it took way too much time to resolve this.Layna W.

The only thing that would be helpful is that after a day of rain, it would be great to dry-mop the trucks out to get rid of any moisture. The truck wasn't dirty but a bit wet on the inside, which made maneuvering the heavy cargo we were hauling slick and slippery.Caleb F.

Truck was dirty and drove horrible and sounds like it's about to fall apart inside. I did a digital pickup and had to wait 20 minutes for the person to finish helping a customer park a trailer but couldn't figure it out. Digital pickup did not work and I had to wait for them to get my keys. Therefore not guaranteeing my truck time at 9:15am.William F.

They weren't there. The message on the phone was out of date. I left a few messages hoping for a call back. I called the pickup location for advice - they said just leave the trailer and take pictures and try and include some background landmarks. So that's what I did.DAVID O.

Having an international licence made the process take so much longer- waited for 15 min for approval. Would've been great if I could have had my license and identification verified prior to being on location.Maria L.
Went to drop off trailer at 2:15 on a Saturday no one was there so I called Uhaul and the man was fighting with me that there should be someone there , then told me to go on line and do it. I told him I was leaving the trailer and going. I paid $700 dollars for a trailer that I just rented 3 months ago for under $500. I will never use you guys again and would never recommend you guys again. You guy on the phone was very disrespectfulSTEVEN M.
The young man at pick up went above and beyond to give good customer service experience but the man at drop off was horrible. I asked if I could place a small bag of trash I didn't want to leave in the u haul in his trash and he did not allow me. He was super rude.ROXANA M.

Tell me ahead of time that I need to spend 30 minutes getting the app to work. Also, it took me a while to find the lockbox and figure out where the ID number on the truck was. There was no information on how much actual gas I needed to put in. I had to google and find out the tank holds 40 gallons.Louis B.

The selection of rental vehicles was poor; there were only two sizes of trucks to choose from. I had to rent a truck that was larger than my needs and costs more than I needed to pay. Your representative exceeded all expectations and should be recognized for this. She was courteous, compassionate and caring. She expedited my rental and I appreciate her for that.LARRY C.
