Owner/operator was excellent to work with and cleaned the vehicle prior to my use as the previous user did not do so.

James RThe van that I rented was absolutely amazing and perfect for my needs. I was moving a room of stuff (some large furniture, a treadmill, and a bunch of boxes). It was absolutely perfect and so much nicer to drive compared to a box truck. Unless I'm moving multiple rooms with multiple pieces of furniture, it would always be my first choice going forward. Trinity Storage was also amazing and my check-in/check-out process was perfect and super easy.

Jed MWe had made a reservation for the Uhaul place on Golden Triangle in Keller first. What a disaster!! We were there on time. There were 2 other customers there before us. The store was not open. One of the other customers said that he had called and the employee said they were 10 min out. Lie! We did not have time to wait for them to get there and then wait for 2 customers ahead of us. So, we called the Uhaul on Keller Hicks! Great experience! They were able to transfer all of our reservation info over and get us on our way with a truck in a timely manner. Thank you!!
