Didn't receive dolly we ordered were still charged for it because they checked it as included. Had to drive out of the way to rent one from Home Depot. Which put our move off by a day. We won't be using Uhaul in the future.

Rented truck for 2 days. Drove 5.9 miles and put a little over a gallon of fuel back in it. Ended up having to pay $45 in fuel charges because it was not returned with enough fuel. Odometer reading was agreed upon and fuel receipt in hand but they still wanted their money. Lots of options in the immediate area. I would look elsewhere.

The truck was clean and well maintained. Everything was well explained by the person at this location. My only suggestion would be to Uhaul to lower their mileage cost since the driver is already paying for the gasoline. The published daily rental pricing provided can potentially be the smallest of all charges incurred when considering the cost per mile, the truck's gas mileage (and thus the cost to refill with gasoline) and any insurance protection the driver may want to get. To give you an example; my truck rental for a 15 ft truck was $29.95. By the time I drove 53 miles, filled the gas tank and paid $14 for insurance coverage, my total cost for the 1-day rent was $117. So, final cost for a 1 day rental was nearly 4X the listed rate.

I picked up the trailer at this location but haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since. The contract I signed had me drop off at a location near me but the contract was later changed to reflect a new location 20 mins away from me and I wasn't informed. Now I've been charged $360.00 for a trailer that was dropped off weeks ago. I can't reach anyone at Trinity to get me a copy of the contract I signed.

The U-Haul is quirky...after I took the photo, the check-in process just starts over. There is no confirmation stating that the picture has been uploaded or that the check-in is complete. Either way< I left the equipment on the lot and called the next morning to let them know that I dropped of the trailer.

It wasn't this location's fault but I reserved the trailer at closer location to my house and was told when I went to pick it up that I had to go to this location farther away. I week into the original location two times that week to make sure I would have the trailer and they said I would just to find out when I went to get it Saturday morning I had to go to another location. That does not seem to be good customer service. The original location was on Hwy 26 in North Richland Hills.

Made a reservation on line for 24 hours and it kept changing it back to 6 hours and I changed it many times and made the reservation for 24; but went to pick up the truck and it was for the shorter time. I also did the online information to make it faster and when I got there, I had to wait for 20 minutes.

Truck was dirty when picked up and i was just charged 25$ to clean it. I returned it exactly as i picked it up. Took 45 minutes to pick up my truck, then the gentleman had no idea where i was suppose to drop off my truck. Told me a completely different location. The only good thing was i actually got the truck and was able to use it

Ed was very helpful and got the trailer hooked up to my vehicle for me. We both forgot about the furniture dolly, but Ed called me first thing in the morning and let me know he was removing that charge from my bill. Excellent customer service.

I dropped off the vehicle after hours, so the office was closed. My only recommendation is that someone tend to the enormous pot holes in the parking area. They are wide enough and deep enough to damage a vehicle. Thanks.

The young lady I rented from was nice and lovely. However the gentleman today 6/31 extended my contract to someone I don't know, not on my contract and without my consent or permission. When I informed him he illegally tried to give the trailer to someone else, he then told me he was doing me a favor because I wouldn't of been charged. I'm extremely pissed off and now feel concerned that I can't trust Uhaul to not try and screw ppl over like myself.
