I’m extremely unsatisfied with this location. I waited over an hour to receive the truck. The representative proceeded to help other customers as I continued to wait. The system was down for an order that I requested to checkout online. I was told I had to take a truck without gas because nothing else was available. I could see two trucks outside and asked if there was another truck out of the two available with gas, she replied no. I continued to wait. The rep later said I could take another truck that had gas. I was able to take one of the two trucks that was sitting there the entire time. I was extremely late for a scheduled event. That did not turn out well due to my arrival time. I am an event planner and time is very important with my service. Unfortunately, I cannot rent from U-Haul for future engagements.
