They took to long to fix an change other than that they were kind.
This was the worst experience possible! I was stranded when the U-Haul truck had issues with the trailer lights. Had to go to wal mart at 2am to buy a trailer plug In with my own money they forgot to provide me. After taken 14 hours to to make a 5 hour trip unloading the truck noticed it had a bad leak and ruined my new couch and mattress. I’ll never use them again! I never got reimbursed for the plug in I purchased or the furniture the truck damaged and still had to pay full price. Not happy at all!

Always friendly, reliable, and very fair. A+

The location was average; the staff was above average. After arriving in Houston from Keller, I discovered that only one side of the trailer was fastened.

We have rented a uhaul from this location several times - always a great experience.

Only problem was no place to leave my vehicle while using your truck

for me personally, Uhaul seems really paranoid about who rents and needs additional contacts for some reason. I have had a great reputation with you and I felt as though there was concern I may not return the trailer. Ed was super helpful and it was raining cats and dogs. Certainly made my job go easier. will definitely use them again.

The gentleman I worked was very personable, and very helpful. The check-out process and the check-in processes were both easy to do. Thanks!

Didn't receive dolly we ordered were still charged for it because they checked it as included. Had to drive out of the way to rent one from Home Depot. Which put our move off by a day. We won't be using Uhaul in the future.

Rented truck for 2 days. Drove 5.9 miles and put a little over a gallon of fuel back in it. Ended up having to pay $45 in fuel charges because it was not returned with enough fuel. Odometer reading was agreed upon and fuel receipt in hand but they still wanted their money. Lots of options in the immediate area. I would look elsewhere.

The truck was clean and well maintained. Everything was well explained by the person at this location. My only suggestion would be to Uhaul to lower their mileage cost since the driver is already paying for the gasoline. The published daily rental pricing provided can potentially be the smallest of all charges incurred when considering the cost per mile, the truck's gas mileage (and thus the cost to refill with gasoline) and any insurance protection the driver may want to get. To give you an example; my truck rental for a 15 ft truck was $29.95. By the time I drove 53 miles, filled the gas tank and paid $14 for insurance coverage, my total cost for the 1-day rent was $117. So, final cost for a 1 day rental was nearly 4X the listed rate.

Customer service was great. Easiest uhaul rental experience I’ve ever had. Will be using again in the future!

I picked up the trailer at this location but haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since. The contract I signed had me drop off at a location near me but the contract was later changed to reflect a new location 20 mins away from me and I wasn't informed. Now I've been charged $360.00 for a trailer that was dropped off weeks ago. I can't reach anyone at Trinity to get me a copy of the contract I signed.

The U-Haul is quirky...after I took the photo, the check-in process just starts over. There is no confirmation stating that the picture has been uploaded or that the check-in is complete. Either way< I left the equipment on the lot and called the next morning to let them know that I dropped of the trailer.
