I rented the U-Haul for 24 hours I only used it for 12 when I returned it I sent pictures and did everything like I was supposed to. Several days later I was notified that they were trying to charge my card again and I received a notice from them saying that I was being charged because I went over my miles I had returned it late and I was being charged so cleaning fee as well as another environmental fee. The truck was exactly the same when I dropped it off as it was when I picked it up except for I went 3 miles over on the mileage. I have no problem paying that but I can't get anyone to respond to my disputes on these other charges. I also no longer have access to any of the pictures that I submitted when I return the truck. I will not be using U-Haul again.

Location and representatives were great. I think the app check in is a little glitchy and ambiguous as to whether or not my unmanned site drop offs were completed or not.

I had problems getting the key out because it had sleeted some the night before and froze the lock and the box shut. Some kind of overhang or roof of some sort might help with that in the future. Other than that no complaints!
