The day before we were scheduled to pick up the trailer, we received a phone call informing us that the original location where we made our reservation no longer had a trailer available. We were told we would need to drive to Wolf Point—over an hour away—to pick one up instead. When we arrived at Triple D Detailing, there was no one in the office to assist us, and no phone number posted to call for help. We had to contact the Butte, Montana office for assistance and ended up hooking up the trailer ourselves.

deedee aTriple D in Wolf Point Montana (pick up point) was very helpful and professional as well as quick he had me hooked up and on my way in less than 15 minutes. The drop off in Kelso Washington was even quicker, I was there less than 5 minutes. Both places Top Knotch!

JULIE ZThere isn’t a jack included with rental of trailer so it was a struggle to lift the hitch by hand to unhook from vehicle. Maybe make it clearer in rental that no jack to unhook so people are prepared for unhooking from trailer by lifting it or having a Jack themselves

Dan SHas nothing to do with tripe d. ND’s centeral dispatch was aweful. They called me at 6:30 on Thursday to say my truck I reserved in the begging of may was no longer available. Then they said I would be able to get a 26 footer free upgraded. When I finally go ahold of someone they said that was no longer availabile. I then had to drive to wolf point over 90 miles away to get a vehicle that I recerved over 3 week prior.

zachary gno fault of location but UHaul needs to put some type of jack or stand on the hitches. Not every one can lift it to hook up thoughtout the process.

JamesEric FWhen I arrived at 9:00 am there was no body there. I called the dispatch number and the owner finally showed up. The truck I requested was not there yet. It did arrive later, I assume he did an inspection and what ever he needed to do. He did NOT clean the windshield, it was completely covered in dead bugs. It took a long time to get it clean enough to see out of the windshield. the windshield wipers needed to be changed, they were actually stuck to the windshield in the bugs. When I used them the scraped the windshield and made a noise. I did not get the equipment I requested and was charged for a utility dolly that I did not get and I did not get the credit either. I had to settle for a tow dolly instead of a transport for my car or go out of my way to pick one up. I do not feel that I got any help from uhaul and was greatly disappointed with this move.
Joyce TBrian was very helpful and polite. We were in a pinch, but he helped us out immensely. If we are ever near here, he will get all of our business.

beau gIn regards to my drop off I was in a hurry to find a restroom and ended up dropping the key off before I took pic of the odometer so was unable to complete mobile check out. Can I please get reimbursed for the late fee? When I booked this I didn't see a place to add anything but pickup and drop off. I picked up in Billings got stuff from storage in Colstrip and returned to billings then on to Culbertson to unload then dropped off in Wolf Point. Can you deduct some of the extra mileage? Can I not be charged a late fee please? I am a teacher and moved to new school on the Fort Peck reservation. The school only covers $500 and I spent way over that with added charges, air-flight, gas, motel. Thank you for considering, Navar Swift
