I was very grateful that Mr. G and staff could accommodate me at the last minute with their services. The weather wasn’t on our side and I needed an extra day and he was very understanding of that. The truck size was perfect for what we needed and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys again.

When I got to my location to begin loading the trailer, there was some leftover furniture from the last person still in the trailer that had to dealt with, they should check the trailers

THOMAS H1) A few minutes after I reserved the truck, I received a message stating " due to the HIGH demand in your area, we encourage you to reserve our 20on moving truck". Because I needed to move some furniture in a hurry, I said that's fine. The cust ser rep was supposed to call to discuss, but I never received that call. 2) The gentleman that was working that day called me to ask me to come pick up my truck earlier than my appointment. This indicated that he wanted to go home. That had nothing to do with me. He chose to work those hours, I didn't. 3) I arrive to the location. The gentleman was not pleasant at all, very nonchalant. He stated that he needed another emergence contact. Provided me with a old spiral notebook with two other contacts on it. No heading, company logo or anything. I informed him that the truck was too big and asked why I could not take the smaller truck. He stated that someone was on the way to pick up the vehicle. Well, I had the truck for less than two hours. When I returned it at 7pm, the smaller truck was still sitting in the same spot. I feel as if this was a tactic to get me to pay more money. I will NOT be renting from this location again. 4) The brakes would not work properly, I had to push down real hard to prevent from going into traffic on the main street. My daughter was so scared that she held onto her seat belt until we arrived at our location. So to answer your question. What you can do to improve for the next customer is 1) hire employees that want to work. 2) make sure that the employee is capable of providing excellent customer service. 3) make sure that the equipment "reserved" is available. Because if it was selected on the website, then its apparent that the customer knows what they want.
Myra PTruck was nice and the owner was friendly. I wish he had air conditioning in his office; otherwise, process was smooth.
JOHN GThe UHAUL dealer was very welcoming and friendly. The truck was clean but my concern is it had a horrible smell in the cab and the back, which left our items smelling horrible when we unloaded. Also, I was not informed the truck speed was capped at 75. This was a huge dissatisfaction as I was traveling on the interstate and could not go pass 75.
KRYSTAL JI rented a tow dolly on July 3rd for 6 hours, and I returned it on time. Actually, I returned it the same day and early. The renter said he would be closed and I could return it the next morning. I told him I'd be returning it the same day, and he said ok. An air conditioning repairman was in his work vehicle when I brought it back and said just don't block the fence. I called Triple G Flooring the next day, July 4th, to tell him I was overcharged. It's now July 7th, and I still haven't received a refund. I wish I'd used that dolly to block their front door that night, I bet then they would've known it was returned.
CARL BThe rental process was ok, I had to wait outside until a customer was done with their transaction because of the space. I did have an issue with my bill that has not been resolved. My initial receipt was an amount acknowledged but I was sent another receipt that was higher. I called the number provided and was told someone would reach out to me but they have not.
DAVITA UI would say that the gentleman at Warner Drive did an excellent job in assisting us with securing a truck for our move. However, my experience at the U-Haul at 7325 Two Notch Road, Columbia,SC , was horrible. The staff there is very incompetent, most of them just sit around, and they can offer no help. The 7325 location needs major and I mean major improvement.

CYNTHIA ROur concerns were raised initially when we did not receive the usual email to check the vehicle's condition before renting. This absence, coupled with how the process was handled, prompted us to document the vehicle’s condition ourselves, including taking pictures of the mileage, gas level, and overall condition prior to leaving the lot. Upon return, we observed that the reported mileage and gas levels did not match what we documented. These inaccuracies have left us concerned about the integrity of the information recorded by this location. We can provide the photos we took upon request for your review. Thomas RAs for the drop off this became my second nightmare. We used the app and tried to drop off the truck to a Uhaul location about 4 miles from my unloading point. When I got to the closer Uhaul the app told me according to my contract I had to drop off the truck at a location that was 25 miles away. Since the car gotten damaged from the tow trailer I had to expense an Uber to get us back to our unloading point. I would like someone in management contact me on this as soon as possible. Saundra HI did not have to go inside. I was met by a very courteous person who assisted me in getting the trailer off my vehicle. All "paperwork" handled electronically.
Lewis LTrailer was difficult to drive out with obstacles in the way. The employee’s supervisor did not answer his repeated calls to them. Did not have any dollies.
