U-Haul app did not update changes I made at the counter. I did a local rental and the original one-way drop off was still looking for the trailer. I had to call to finalize the dropoff, the app did not allow for the change online that had already been entered at pickup by the agent. The original drop-off location called because the return did not show in the system and the database expected it to be a one-way rental. I never had issues with the app until I installed the latest update
