Extremely poor customer service. At the time of booking, I declined all additional services and insurance. Yet, upon arriving to collect the truck, the representative once again inquired if I wished to add insurance. I explicitly declined, but moments later, the printed receipt reflected an added insurance charge. When I raised the issue, I requested the booking be cancelled and reissued correctly. Instead, the staff consulted with his manager, who assured me the charge would be removed upon returning the vehicle. However, when I returned the truck, the promised adjustment was not made. I was forced to wait over 45 minutes to recover money that had been wrongfully and misleadingly charged. Such conduct is deceptive, unprofessional, and shows a complete disregard for the customer’s time.

This convenience store location is very shady. I did NOT feel comfortable giving my credit card number to the employee. Also, the employee had no idea how to read the gas tank level and match it to the levels on the contract.

Joel NI did the on-line pre check-in but the location did not seem to have any of that info, Check-in was a bad experience in a store selling drug paraphernalia etc. They told my at the end the charge was apprx $143.00 but the receipt shows the hold amount of $155.00 was charged. THis has happened in the past at PU location at small business. I will never accept a rental booking that isn't at a main U-hall facility.
Gordon BThe guy that was helping had no clue what he was doing that he had to call someone and when he asked for my credit card he never told me how much he was even going to charge or that he was even charging my card at that point. I will NEVER ever go back to this location. The Uhal it self was good, other then they said it was at 1/4 a tank even but yet it was under that, but when i returned it i had to have it at 1/4 a tank, and when bring back he never told me I had to take pictures of the km and gas tank to show him so we had to go back to the uhal and take the picture our self to show him, Very unprofessional. Not happy with this location at all.

Paul BAnd had no idea how to rent the truck, they had to call a manager at home , they asked me to share my credit card number over the phone in front of other customers. I did not feel safe in this location and will not use UHaul again if I am deferred there.
