I went to the main store and was told the van was at another location a few blocks away at a convenience store. I asked if it would have the furniture pads I ordered and was told they didn't know, but to come back to their location if they weren't in the van. (so I'm expected to go there, then to the second location and then back to the first). When I arrive at the convenience store it is couched between a liquor store and a sex shop with unstable people loitering near by. The man inside speaks limited English, sells drug paraphernalia and is listening to radio music talking about "bitches sucking dicks," and using the n-word. The man sends me a link I try to open and it requires me to download an app. He changes his mind and takes a picture of my license with his phone and writes down my credit card information. At one point he stops helping me to ring a customer through the till while I wait. After 15 minutes I get in the van and there are no furniture pads. I drive back to the original location. There are 6 people in line. I ask for the single attendant to call someone else out. I'm ignored. I go to try and find someone in the bay area. No one is there. I come back in and basically yell over the maze of boxes that I've already paid for van, that I'm on the clock and need the furniture pads. She gets them for me. When I return the van, the man comes out abcd checks the vehicle, starts doing math with a pencil in a scrap of paper and then has a chat with a customer who speaks his language and runs him through the till while I wait. He comes back to me, makes a phone call - all with no communication or explanation, while explicit music continues to play. He the starts having a phone conversation in his language, with somebody, about me and whatever he's trying to do in the scrap of paper. Then he have me the phone with no explanation where I'm told that the guy im speaking to is 15 minutes away and that I can't have my receipt, can't be told how much I owe and that he will email it to me when he gets there. I drive home, bewildered and disturbed.

JAMES GSales person barely spoke English, I think I have been overcharged, I called the U-Haul number and was told via text that I would get a callback within a minute, then was told they could not connect with me.
Albert KDrug addicts all around the store while they made me wait an hour to get the blankets and dollies I paid for after arguing with me that they didn't want to give me them. Back of truck had garbage in it, front of truck was absolutely full of cigarette ash, disgusting I had to sit in the smoke filled cab for 3 days drive to Winnipeg.
STEVEN EWas not organized for the pick up. Wrong lock key had to go back. Quite comical. Good fair and if patient you'll be fine.
